I have used the Billy Blanks' Bootcamp DVD to get in shape a year ago. The workout was fun, and at first I thought I wouldn't like it. But I tried it anyway, and I loved it. It gave me so much energy I wanted to workout every day, but I did the workouts every other day to give my muscles time to recover. You will need to do the stretches before the workout to help keep your muscles from getting sore or torn. The Billy Blank Bootcamp workout is so intense, if you're not use to exercising make sure you do the warm-ups first. Tae- Bo is a revolutionary total body fitness workout. Billy Blanks Bootcamp has all the moves of Tae-Bo and is design to help build muscles, burn fat, and you'll lose inches, plus lose some weight. Here are five tips for beginners to the Bootcamp series:
1.) This is a great cardio total body workout. You should check with your doctor first because, it does involves raising your heart rate and a lot of sweating.
2.) Make sure you do all the stretches and warm-ups before you start this workout. Billy Blanks will work with you on how to do the stretches correctly.
3.) Don't try to overdo it in the beginning you should do only what you're able to do, and don't worry to much about keeping up because, remember, this is a DVD so, you can always start it over. Take breaks if you need to. Billy will also tell you to get some water if you need it. He will push you hard because he don't want you to give up. He will motivate you to keep going and you'll want to.
4.) Before you start the Billy Blanks Bootcamp workout DVD you should try the beginners videos first, because, if you don't you may not be able to keep up with him. The beginners videos will show you how to do the moves properly. Than after you've done the beginners videos or DVDs than move up to the more advance Bootcamp workout DVD.
5.) Try to make sure you drink plenty of water and check your heart rate. It is one of the best workout DVDs around to help you achieve your goal.
I discovered the Billy Blank Bootcamp videos and DVDs from watching different channels on Cable T.V., plus I already knew about Tae-Bo and had been working out with his first videos before Billy Blanks Bootcamp DVD came out. Billy Blank is a good motivator. He made me want to get up out of my seat and start doing the exercises. Once I got started I didn't want to stop. The exercises will really get your heart rate up.
At first I thought the Billy Blank Bootcamp workout was for a man and that a woman wouldn't be able to do this kind of workout. I enjoyed it a lot and I looked forward to doing it every other day. I felt so good afterward . My whole body was toned, my legs looked great, my arms did too.
This program had helped me in so many ways, Physically, mentally, and spiritually because, when it was over I felt like I could do anything, and it made me feel strong with confident. Billy Blanks Bootcamp workout is the best workout around. I've seen a lot of other aerobics exercise videos who are using some of the same moves that is used in the Billy Blanks Bootcamp DVD, because it works.
