But some strategy is required to start off successfully in Heroes. Here are a few tips.

Sign up for offers but be careful. The "Genie" is the way that Heroes can make money for Myspace. You can get extra wishes if you sign up for some advertising offer. Don't sign up for dozens or you will find yourself gaining spam at an alarming rate. Your personal business will be "out there" as well. Sign up for something that you might try anyway, like Blockbuster movies in the mail for 30 days. With 10 wishes you can get $20,000 easily. Track any offers that expire in 30 days so you don't get charged for anything if they require credit card info. And if you really aren't interested in surveys, just sign up with one of your least-viewed e-mail accounts.

Buy Real Estate. Heroes on Myspace offers different types of land that can be developed upon in time. Start with a couple of plains and then build two farms on them. That costs around $30,000. This can add residual income of $800 into your Heroes money pot without you waiting for mana to complete quests. The money pays every hour, so running Heroes in the background and constantly refreshing can add up to big bucks!

Recruit personally. The automatic recruiting messages are great, but posting a personal, funny bulletin is even better to get people onto Heroes on Myspace.
