Women dread Cellulite. It is a condition in which the fats get accumulated in certain areas of the body. Well, some think that only obese people have cellulite. But this is not true as lean women may also come across cellulite.

Cellulite is very common in women and hardly seen in men. About 85 per cent of women develop cellulite in their lifetime. Cellulite normally develops in abdomen, thighs and buttocks and is very common among women.

How is that one gets rid of the dreaded cellulite? Here are some tips that help in getting rid of the cellulites.

1) Healthy eating and regular exercise goes a long way in reducing cellulite.

2) Never sit idle. Go for regular exercise to reduce fats from the body. Go for

cardio vascular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling and skipping, which burns away extra
calories from the body.

3) Never starve to keep away fats.

4) Water helps in getting rid of cellulite. One should have to drink about 2 to 3 litres of water a day.

5) Avoid alcohol and coffee as they are known to develop Cellulite.

6) The diet should contain more fruits and vegetables.

8) Fast foods, fried and junk foods that are high in calorie content should be avoided.
