Use a salt scrub!
Making a sea salt and / or Epsom salt scrub at home is very easy, and can sometimes give you far better results than many scrubbing products on the market can give you. Using a bit of sea salt, lemon, and aloe can exfoliate your feet thoroughly and help to loosen layers of dead skin cells that are making your feet hard and dry.
Use certain oils, and have patience!
One excellent remedy for dry and calloused feet is to vigorously rub them with baby oil, then put your socks on and wait. This works equally well with almond oil, and even more so if you have sensitive skin. After you wait about two or three hours, the skin on your feet should be touchably soft. Doing this after you scrub your feet will have the best outcome.
Pumice stones and foot files!
Now this is a sort of off-putting thought - but using a strong pumice foot stone or file and mercilessly scrubbing the soles of your feet will loosen layers of dead skin and scrape them off. Don't do this enough to hurt yourself, but don't be a baby about it either! If you neglected your feet enough to get those rough unbearable soles, then this may be the only way to get them baby soft again.
Wear socks more often!
When the colder months arrive, it's easier to follow this tip. Wearing socks more often will hold in the moisture from lotions, oils, scrubs, or anything else you've used to soften the skin on your feet. You have to always make sure they're as clean as can be, or else you'll end up with an even worse problem. (When trying to get sexy, soft feet, foot fungus is not what you want to find when you take your socks off.)
Having soft and cute feet for every season is easy if you don't neglect your girlish upkeep. You can buy products to help you keep them silky smooth between your own personal pedicure treatments too - check out this cream from Neutrogena, and this one from Eucerin specifically for dry soles.
