These Five Simple Things Can Help Make You More Organized

There are five simple things that you can do to make your mess neater and stay more organized. The first thing that you need to do is create a schedule for yourself and do the same thing every single day. Than when you don't do your scheduled task your mind automatically makes you feel guilty and you feel like doing it.

The second thing that you need to do to stay well organized is to a hold of sticky notes, or keep a note pad around. This is a good way to keep track of your thoughts so that you don't forget to do your daily tasks. Don't be ashamed of making lists. Making lists helps keep track of the things you need, or want to get accomplished. Write down what you need to accomplish for the day, and cross it out as you complete your list. This way you have goals set for each day.

The third thing that you can do to stay organized is to set specific hours for certain tasks. For instance, relax for thirty minutes after you come home from work, and then clean your house for an hour. Its better to clean for an hour each day instead of cleaning it all at the end of the week. It keeps the dishes clean, laundry done and house clean so that you can relax the rest of the day. Get containers so that everything you have has its rightful place. We tend to place things in the wrong places when there isn't a specific spot for the item. This problem can be eliminated by getting containers, dividers, folders and bags.

The fourth thing you can do to stay organized is to throw out the little things. Rooms look bigger and more organized when there is more space in the area. This can be done by getting rid of the little nic-nacks that you keep around the house.

The fifth thing you need to do is pick things up when you see them. If there is something in the wrong place, don't walk by and just look at it, pick it up and put it away. This will help you become more organized. By becoming more organized you can relieve stress. Instead of worrying about how many things have to be done you can just start crossing them off your list. The workplace can be effected by what goes on at home. If you de-clutter and get more organized you can be more efficient at work and target your goals.
