If the desire is too much you can try going for shopping, going for a show or doing anything that will keep you busy and entertain you.

For health reasons eat well with high nutritional food and drink a lot of water, tea or even juice.
Avoid drinking caffeine because it can stimulate the desire to smoke. Drinks like beer, wine or liquor also contributes to smoking so you are advised to avoid them.
Make sure you get enough rest at night and also you can take a nap when you are free. This will help you body to recover and your mind to adjust.
