Every time I get ready to buy a vehicle I always dread car salesmen, because some are aggressive, rude, and not very honest at all. In this article I will give advice on how to find a good salesman and a good dealership to buy your next car from. I do not want to offend any American salesmen out there, because right now with our economic downturn it's really hard to sell cars.

To begin with you can start by visiting many different dealerships that carry the car or truck you want to purchase. When at these dealerships pay attention to customer service from the moment you step out of your vehicle, make sure you are waited on very properly and on a timely manner. When talking to the salesman make sure that he has a lot of knowledge of the car he is trying to sell and demonstrate, and make sure the salesman is not aggressive or rude. This will determine if you will make a sale with that dealership or not. You do not want the salesman to beg you for a sale, instead you want to salesman to be calm and easily make the sale happen if you are happy with the deal.

In order to find the best dealership it's best to visit the smallest used or new dealerships, because small dealerships will be more nice compared to big dealerships that are all about the sales and advertisements to make money. The small dealerships will cater to your needs of a car or truck and they will work with you from the financing to the closing paperwork. When I bought my second used car I went to all the big dealerships and after giving up on the big dealerships I ended up stopping at a small dealership to check out some cars. And, from the moment I stepped out my car I was greeted with respect and honor. In the end I ended up making a deal with a late model car, and I was very satisfied with my deal.
