The topic alone isn't the most appealing, for some it might even be uncomfortable to think about it. But since the point is to help others, I decided to put together these tips to help those that suffer from this uncomfortable skin condition that can even affect your social life.

Having one or two random pimples on your back is not a big deal in theory, but if your back is full of acne, I hate to tell you that what you have is called Bacne scientifically called Acne Vulgaris of the back.

To begin treatment at home you will need a Benzoyl peroxide cream, an exfoliating body scrub and depending on your personal case you might need professional help.

You have to look at Bacne just like you would look at face acne just the same you will need to treat it just like you would face zits. Start by applying an over the counter pimple cream with 10% benzoyl peroxide in it.

Be aware that Benzyol peroxide bleaches fabric, so when you apply it use old shirts, sheets, and towels that you don't really care for because they will potentially get stained when you leave the product on.

One major factor that promotes back pimples is wearing tight clothes like tank tops or sports bras, especially if they're made of synthetic materials. Heavy backpacks also help promote Bacne. Try to use loose fabrics made with natural materials like cotton because they will help breath the sweat away.

If you are an active person, make sure to always get in the shower right after exercising or after breaking a sweat.

Using exfoliating body scrubs with no salicylic acid, AHA acids, or Benzoyl peroxide is also highly recommended. This type of product will help you by drying out existing pimples and removing dead skin which clogs your pores. When applying it, make sure to leave it on for at least 7 minutes before you rinse it off.

Panthenol is a type of organic peroxide that is added to hair conditioners, the problem is that for people with Bacne this is not a good product to use because it's known to clog pores. When buying conditioner avoid purchasing the one with panthenol in it.

Getting a Bacial (Similar to a facial) at a spa is also very helpful. This would involve a specialist exfoliating the skin on your back and also plucking the pimples for an ultimate cleansing of the pores.

If after you try all these tips your Bacne still looks severe and remains resistant, visit a dermatologist. There are oral antibiotics the dermatologists recommend which are very effective in getting rid of Bacne.

Studies have concluded that Bacne is hereditary most of the time, so if your mom or dad had it, the chances of you having it are greater. Best of luck!
