Tiropita are Greek cheese pastries made from filo dough filled with feta cheese and Spinach. They're a great side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

Serves 12
2 Pounds of feta cheese, drained of any excess liquid and crumbled
1 Spinach one package of frozen
3 eggs well beaten
1 pound of filo pastry sheets
2 Real Butter two sticks melted

Directions for Tiropita

Crumble the feta cheese, then beat eggs into the feta, melt butter in a separate pan, Unfold filo dough and fold in half, then with a cooking brush spread the butter on dough.Place mixture on left side of dough and then take the right side and begin to wrap in a triangle form and place on cookie sheet, spread more butter on the top.
Tip
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or golden brown.
