Tito's Tacos is located at 11222 Washington Place, Culver City, CA 90230. The restaurant is visible from Sepulveda Blvd. Their hours are 9:00 AM - 11:30 PM every single day. For a full menu and directions (and to hear their very own theme song), pay them a visit online at TitosTacos.com.
My family and I have been eating at Tito's Tacos for as long as I can remember. When I was little, one of my parents would say, "I'm going to get Tito's!", and my brother and I would jump up from playing our Nintendo in excitement and scream, "YEEEEAAH TITOOOOO'S!". My aunt and uncle would drive all the way from Santa Clarita to purchase chips and salsa in large quantities at Tito's Taco's just to add that extra kick to their parties and family gatherings. It's just THAT GOOD!
My usual order is two tacos with cheese (they PILE on the cheese), and a bean and cheese burrito. Once in awhile I'll have a meat and cheese burrito instead of the two tacos. It's so good that I wish I could order it all! Every order comes with an amount of chips and salsa proportionate to the amount of food in your order. If you're ordering for a lot of people, you might want to order extra salsa (as tasty as it is, their salsa is on the watery side). If you're like me, and you like to put salsa on your burritos and/or tacos, you don't want to run out of salsa! One might think that a bean and cheese burrito is a plain menu item, but for some reason, I have always loved their beans! I've had bean and cheese burritos at Taco Bell, Del Taco, Campos' Tacos/Burritos, The Green Burrito, Paco's Tacos, Acapulco, El Torito, and various other Mexican joints, but Tito's bean and cheese burrito is #1 on my list! Not only are their beans delicious, but when you order cheese, they give you LOTS of cheese (I love cheese)!
Tito's Tacos is relatively inexpensive, but it's not dirt-cheap. It's not a typical fast food joint, so you won't see a dollar menu, but it's not a typical sit-down restaurant either. If you're wondering if the food is worth the price, simply go there and look at their lines! Unless you arrive close to closing time, there will always be multiple long lines at Tito's (lunch time is complete chaos!). All of those loyal customers can't be wrong!
