TNA Impact Results- March 22, 2010

Tonight's live Impact begins with Eric Bischoff in the ring playing the guitar. He then gets a mic and talks about Jeff Jarrett. He calls Jarrett to the ring and asks Jarrett to play the guitar. Jarrett tells Bischoff that he's not going to be humiliated. Jarrett turns away and Bischoff dares Jarrett to take a shot at him. Jarrett grabs the guitar and thinks about hitting Bischoff. Jarrett lays down the guitar and leaves the ring. Bischoff continues to trash talk Jarrett until he comes back in the ring and nails Bischoff with the guitar. Backstage, Mick Foley congratulates Jeff Jarrett.

After commercial, Bischoff is finally getting up. He makes a match between Mick Foley and Jeff Jarrett for later tonight where the loser gets fired.

Foley and Jarrett are shown backstage and they are both unhappy.

Match 1: Beautiful People and Daffney vs. Tara, Angelina Love, Sarita, and Taylor Wilde: The Beautiful People and Daffney make their entrances first. Tara tries to attack Daffney. Daffney teases squashing Tara's spider. The Beautiful People attack Tara. Angelina Love, Sarita, and Taylor Wilde make the save and then the match begins. Good back and forth match that ends when Daffney pins Tara after a suplex. Winners: Beautiful People and Daffney

They show AJ Styles and Ric Flair arriving at the arena. Flair is in a wheelchair and AJ has an arm sling and is using a crutch.

They then show highlights from Destination X.

Hulk Hogan and Abyss come to the ring. Hogan says that after Lethal Lockdown, he is going to make everything business and not personal. But at Lethal Lockdown, it's going to be Team Hogan vs. Team Flair. Abyss gets the mic and talks about Flair and AJ and then says "What you gonna do when Abyssamania runs fatal on you?" Flair and AJ come to the ring. Flair says Abyss tried to kill them last night. But he couldn't because they are wrestling gods. He then announces that his team captain will be Sting. The arena goes black. When the lights come out, Hogan is cuffed to the ropes, Sting is sitting in the corner, and AJ lays out Abyss with the crutch. AJ continues to attack Abyss until Pope D'Angelo Dinero makes the save and uncuffs Hogan. Flair tries to wheel away but Hogan catches him and Abyss chokeslams him on the ramp. Pope puts money in Flairs mouth and all three men stand over Flair.

Jeff Hardy, Rob Van Dam, and Shannon Moore are shown arriving backstage.

Match 2: TNA Global Title Match: Rob Terry vs. Tomko: Rob Terry wins by pinfall in a quick match. Winner: Rob Terry

They show highlights of Bischoff, Foley, and Jarrett storyline.

Mick Foley and Jeff Jarrett are shown walking separately backstage and Beer Money are shown in their referee shirts.

Jeremy Borash interviews Mick Foley and Jeff Jarrett backstage. They both agree that they owe it to the fans to have a good match tonight.

Match 3: Mick Foley vs. Jeff Jarrett: The loser of the match gets fired and Beer Money are the special referees. During the match, Eric Bischoff comes out and joins the announce table. Jeff Jarrett gets the pin after hitting the Stroke. After the match, Jarrett is upset. Foley and Jarrett hug and Jarrett raises Foley's hand and they shake hands. Foley leaves the ring. Beer Money attacks Jarrett until Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam make the save. Eric Bischoff is irate. They challenge Beer Money to a match later tonight. Winner: Jeff Jarrett

Backstage, Foley is shown leaving the building and saying bye to his friends. Bubba the Love Sponge tries to get an interview. Foley tells Bubba that he is the last person he wants to talk to. Bubba smarts off at Foley and Foley knocks Bubba down.

Eric Bischoff walks into Hogan's office. Hogan tells Bischoff that they have to quit making things personal and keep it business. He tells Bischoff to lay off Jarrett. Bischoff agrees and then asks Hogan if he was the one who sent Van Dam and Hardy to the ring earlier. He then says "never mind" and leaves the room.

Christy Hemme interviews Beer Money backstage while Jeremy Borash interviews Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam.

A promo is shown showing the problems between Hernandez and Matt Morgan.

Match 4: Hernandez vs. Matt Morgan: Morgan is making his way to the ring when he is attacked by Hernandez. They fight in and out of the ring. Morgan hits the Carbon Footprint and Hernandez hits the ring post. Hernandez is out as the ref calls for help. It takes a couple of commercial breaks to get Hernandez loaded onto the stretcher and into the ambulance. I am not sure if this injury was legit or just part of the show. Winner: No Contest

Match 5: Beer Money vs. Rob Van Dam and Jeff Hardy: Very good back and forth match that ends when RVD pins Robert Roode. Winners: Rob Van Dam and Jeff HardyAfter the match, Eric Young comes out and announces that he has a match set up for next week. It will be Scott Hall, Sean Waltman, and Kevin Nash vs. Eric Young, Jeff Hardy, and Rob Van Dam. Impact ends with Eric Young, Rob Van Dam, and Jeff Hardy standing in the ring.
