He preaches the Word,
Of course he trips up,
But he lives by his sermons,
Why aren't I more like him?
He's a man of God,
How can I do it?
Of course he trips up,
But he lives by his sermons,
Why aren't I more like him?
He's a man of God,
How can I do it?
When he looks at men of God,
He does not wonder,
"How can I be more like them?"
He thinks,
"They are good men,
I'll work for what they work for."
So there's my answer.
I will not work
To be like him,
I'll work for what he works for,
And that's to be like Him.
