I have just recently lost 50 pounds and started eating Tofu because of the skin under my chin looks horrible now, it's sagging. Within a month of eating tofu, I noticed a huge difference. It's much firmer and doesn't look all wrinkly like a turkey's neck. Is it just the Tofu? I would say yes, because it's the only thing different that I am doing. I have more energy since adding it to my meals and I feel great.
Since Tofu doesn't have any flavor or taste it is easy to combine it with the foods that I normally eat. It doesn't add calories yet it's very beneficial.
