Each link (one serving) has 270 calories, 13 grams of fat (including 1.5 grams of saturated fat), 620mg of sodium, 12 grams of carbohydrates, 8 grams of fiber, 3 grams of sugar, 29 grams of protein, 6% of the daily recommended amount of Vitamin A, 4% of the daily recommended amount of Calcium and 15% of the daily recommended amount of iron.

I love the amount of protein, fiber and iron in each serving, but am not as thrilled with the fat, saturated fat, sodium and calories. However, Tofurkey Italian Sausage is a much healthier option than traditional pork Italian sausage, which is loaded with 28 grams of fat and 65mg of cholesterol on average.
