Tom Brady's morning got off to shaky start as the New England Patriots QB was involved in a two car crash in the Back Bay section of Boston. Apparently, Brady was not taken to the hospital and was able to participate in practice later this morning.

According to a report by Boston Globe, witnesses at the scene of the accident stated that Brady appeared shaken and as he exited his sedan, he brushed off glass from his jeans.

The other vehicle involved in the accident was a minivan in which witnesses claimed had run a red light. Brady had the green light and was going through the intersection at Commonwealth Avenue and Gloucester Street when the two vehicles crashed. Boston police are investigating.

A passenger in the van had to be removed by the Jaws of Life, but witnesses say he appeared to be conscious again by the time he was transported to Brigham and Women's hospital. The driver of the van was able to exit the vehicle immediately after the accident and appeared to be okay.

According to the Patriots team Twitter and Facebook sites, "Patriots QB Tom Brady was in a car accident this morning. He was not hospitalized and is expected at Gillette Stadium today."
