Tom Cruise's Scientology Video Yanked from YouTube?

What is Scientology? This word has been thrown around for the past few years and still people have no clue as to what these people stand for. Searching the internet will give you the CoS (Church of Scientology) views or extremely irrational biased perspectives. Scientology preaches that we are immortal beings who are capable of knowing experiences that have happened in past lifetimes. The teachings of Scientology are said by CoS to allow goals to be reached while gaining a lifetime of happiness and "higher states of awareness and ability." With its meaning defined, judge this theory of scientology however you chose.

The video floating around the internet of Tom Cruise talking about KSW (Keep Scientology Working) files is almost disturbing. The video starts with Cruise going off on a tangent about his feelings towards scientology. He explains that as a scientologist he must do more than the average person would. Cruise says if he spots a car wreck he knows he must help because there is no one else that can do what he can. Personally, I would think a paramedic would be of better service in this situation but let us just let Cruise believe he has secret powers that he bought from the CoS. This video is overly edited, by whom is not clear. If parts were taken out to not make him look crazy, they forgot to take out a couple.

This one scene skips to Tom Cruise laughing hysterically as he tells a story of someone who came up to him and asked him if he had ever met an SP (suppressive person.) An SP is defined as an evil person who dismisses scientology, a person who is destructively anti-social, a downplayer of all that is good, or someone who commits overt acts. When Cruise is speaking of his thoughts on SP's his expression seems as though he is joking as he tells of how one day people will read about SP's in history books.

As the video progresses it only gets worse. Cruise goes on to say that spectators (those just watching SOC make changes) are people that he has no time for and useless as far as he is concerned. Since the video is so choppy it's hard to grasp exactly where Cruise is going with SOC campaign. One thing is clear however, the starry eyes look on his face definitely is creepy because he genuinely believes what he is saying. He must think that his fame will bring followers. The ending is truly the funniest thing I have ever seen.

It seems as though Tom Cruise is campaigning Scientology as if he is a superhero. This video seems more novelty than that of someone who has any sort of knowledge of "real" Earth and human sciences. The video ends and I realize the entire time the theme from Mission Impossible has been playing in the background, ingenious or just idiotic?

If you want to see it for yourself you will have to watch it on an Australian website http://www.defamer.com.au/2008/01/the_tom_cruise_indoctrination_video_scientologists_dont_want_you_to_see-2.html

Notice that the video was originally posted on Youtube.com. The CoS demanded the video be taken off YouTube but regardless it was already posted and can easily find links to mirrors. So the question is why would SoC not want their most famous Scientologist to speak out? The CoS does not want the controversy or people researching what their phony religion is really trying to accomplish. There is no doubt that this website is just a scam when watching the videos about how to acquire the knowledge of scientology.

To be a part of this religion you cannot simply download their religious handbook or get it free though a mail order, oh no, you must pay. How much does this cost? The introductory package for the books, which look like novels rather than a religious handbook, cost around $300. To get more knowledge you pay more money. In order to have high rank status in the CoS you must pay well over $100,000. Not to mention signing a contract to dedicate your entire life and children to the study of Scientology.

The link doesn't work but I'd have to guess and say that the person who edited the video probably purposely made him look crazy and that's why it was yanked. You can do anything with editing, even create whole thoughts that were never meant to be constructed the way they ended up being presented.
