Two girls join a service organization. It is a posh office with ultramodern facilities and infrastructure. The cafeteria is excellent and without comparison. Delicious food items and beverages are served all the 24 hours. The work culture is simply amazing. It demands very hard work, with no excuses for missing targets and schedules. The employees compare their experience in their area of work .The experience is revealed in a conversation. Mary and Maria are the two girls exchanging their experience.

Mary: How do you find the new work atmosphere?

Maria: It is hectic. I live in a paradise like setting. But there is no breathing time. I am always on my toes. I have to keep my tongue in cheek. This is a constant feature of our work. How about you?

Mary: The ambience is excellent. There is lot of work. But there is a different culture. In contrast to tongue in cheek situation I have cream on tongue situation.
Maria: I don' get you. Can you elucidate?

Mary: Yes. It refers to our cafeteria. The arrangements are excellent. The menu is lavish and tempting. But many boys including my boss revel in smearing ice cream on our tongue. Sometimes they don't use any spoon at all. That is a totally new work culture to which I am not exposed so far.
Maria: That is very interesting. I would love to work there.
