Tongue on My Heart

A Poem About Love Returning the Joy to Sexuality

Kylyssa Shay
Your sweat dripped on my face
and closed eyes seemed to see
a truly exquisite place
like the heaven we're seeking
straining for with aching thighs
atop a bed that's creaking.
Open lips met as we yearned
and your tongue sought out my heart.
centered in the moment
separation fell apart.
I began to live again
with your mouth upon my heart.
You whispered words of love
that flowed straight into my veins
and swam from up above
into my craving loins.
Your words cried out together
from both of our mouths and groins.
You resuscitated me
with your tongue on my heart
wet and warm and yearning.
You re-lit a smothered flame
that now is brightly burning.

"If you liked this poem you can find more by the same author here." - I clicked the link and didn't find any poetry. "I began to live again" - You might also want to include what made them stop living in the first place.
