Toning Up, Losing 10 Pounds: Breaking Down My 2009 New Year's Resolution

I am not incredibly overweight. I just need about ten pounds gone and would like to be more toned. I am making a New Year's resolution to get into shape - great shape.

I want to be healthier and feel better about myself. I love clothes and dressing up and would love it even more if I looked excellent doing it.

Goal: I will lose 10 pounds and keep it off and tone my body.

Five steps to reaching goal:

-Cut out soda!

-Go to the gym every day. If this becomes impossible then make it 3 days a week.

-No eating after 7 PM

-Eat healthier and in smaller portions

-Recruiting a friend to lose with me!
