Fall Smoothie Ingredients
12 oz. your favorite frozen berries (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry...)
1 c. your favorite berry flavor yogurt (I used raspberry)
1 c. your favorite cranberry juice (cranberry apple, cranberry raspberry...)
1/4 c. milk
Honey to sweeten, if desired
Fall Smoothie Directions
Begin by blending part of the berries with the juice until smooth. Add the rest of the berries and finish blending. Then add the yogurt, milk, and honey. Blend the entire mixture until smooth. Add more juice for a thinner smoothie or more yogurt for a thicker one. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
