1. Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough. From start to finish, this pop song rocks. It has everything and more. This song releases the Michael Jackson personality. Electric, dynamic and fun. Full of energy and hearing this song always makes me want to dance!
2. She's Out Of My Life. Many people may not remember this song but, it is one of my all time favorites. A touching song that voices a pain and desire that only losing a lover can bring out. This song is on the Off The Wall CD. It touches my heart, every time I hear it. What a tender and moving song.
3. Smooth Criminal. This song means a lot to me. It is one of my favorites by Michael Jackson. This song is very different and that is it's greatest appeal, in my opinion. Very danceable tune but, it is loaded with the seriousness of a story, as told only like Michael Jackson can musically tell. The chorus " Annie, are you OK? " is very meaningful and prominent all through out this song. That phrase is also used in CPR classes. This song is my very favorite top 10 best songs by Michael Jackson. Sadly, it seems prophetic now.
4. Beat It. This song is a whirlwind of energy, toughness and amazing musical style. Michael Jackson brings street gangs to life in this musical tale. A guitar solo by Eddie Van Halen only adds to the excitement, thrill and drama of this rocking pop song. This song delivers a slap of rock reality that is unforgettable and very enjoyable.
5. Thriller. A song that is truly unique and it is one of Michael Jackson's greatest musical masterpieces, in my opinion. With Vincent Price adding his voice to the song, this music is amazing, creative, scary, dark, danceable and fun. What a clever and creative combination. Bravo. This song will never be forgotten.
6. Bad. The attitude is what makes this song special. It is perfect and you can feel the emotion in every word. Every time I hear this song, it makes me want to cheer and celebrate the badness and braveness of Michael Jackson. This song is his cry of freedom and courage. The king of pop at his strongest!
7. Billie Jean. This song is one of the top 10 best songs by Michael Jackson because it is so original. You will never hear another song like it. The strong beat, the story, the music, it is dark, mystical and magical. What a creation of pop music. This song will always be remembered and loved. It is one of the best by Michael Jackson.
8. Say. Say, say, say what you want, I know this song is done with Paul McCartney yet, I will always consider it one of Michael Jackson's best songs. He had fun doing this song, you can tell. It is creative and makes me sing along every time I hear this terrific tune. I love it.
9. Man In The Mirror. This is a self portrait in a song. It longs for a change. For self love, for peace, for so many great things. " Make that change " is lyrically present in this song and delivers this message in a soft and positive way. Many people can relate to the message in this song. It is spiritual and wonderful.
10. Jam. Some Michael Jackson fans may not be familiar with this heavy rocking tune. It is on the Dangerous CD. This song plays into basketball, the music video features Michael Jordan and the song has a rap sequence done by Heavy D. Jam is what this song does. It does so wonderfully. It bounces, shoots and glides. It is one of my foot stomping favorites by Michael Jackson. It is impossible not to move one of your body parts while listening to this song. I love it.
I remember Michael Jackson with happiness and joy. The music is always here, for his fans to treasure and enjoy. His music is his spirit, living on, through all of us that love his music. These are my top 10 best Michael Jackson songs. I think Michael would like my list. This song list is my tribute to a kind, caring and very giving artist. Bless the king of pop. Thank you for reading!

Here I've tried to collect all notable tributes and quotes on Michael Jackson from peers: http://www.tributespaid.com/quotes-on/m/michael-jackson
I can't forget him through out my life and the WORLD'll never forget also.
Good list. I Still can't believe Michael Jackson, the biggest star the world has ever known is gone. Can't wait for the first posthumous album of unreleased material.
Superb job Mz. BW! No wonder you are Clout Level 10; your writing is concise and very persuasive. Glad u added "Say." I can understand everything you write and something about Michael's demons because in 2001 I asked for a divorce because the rejection from a former lover - or a parent - eats at your self-esteem than anything a racistademon, a judge or court could every say about me/anyone. Shalom... missed ya!
I will have to give "Jam" a listen. I think all the others would have made my list as well! Great job!
Micheal deserves to be remembered because entertainers enrich our lives, and he worked hard to do that.
EXCELLENT LIST! These are all great. No matter what direction his life turned, and how odd things may have seemed, no one can take away his talent. He was a wonderful entertainer.
Great tribute.
Great job!!
