Paul Reubens (Pee Wee Herman) Busted for Indecent Exposure.

On July 26, 1991, Pee Wee's Playhouse host Paul Reubens was arrested for indecent exposure in an adult theater. This actually caused Mr. Reubens to lay low for almost a decade. Now with a recurring role in Pushing Daisies and two scripts for new Pee Wee movies, it looks like Reubens may be able to return to his former glory. What I want to know is what do the police think happens in a movie theater that shows adult films?

Milli Vanilli Lip Sync Scandal

Apparently 11 million music fans can be wrong. When it was revealed that Rob Pilatus and Fabrice Morvan - a.k.a. Milli Vanilli had not sung a note in their career. The Grammies they received were taken away and 8 years later Rob Pilatus committed suicide with an overdose.

Tom Cruise takes on Matt Lauer

Tom was there to promote his new flick, War Of The Worlds when Matt confronted Tom about a statement he had made against Brooke Shields and drugs she had taken to help her mental condition. Matt suggested that Ritalin had actually helped some people and Tom went on a tirade. In the end Tom made himself look foolish yet again and Matt Lauer remained Mr. Cool.

Britney Spears Shaves Her Head

In 2001 Britney Spears walked into a beauty salon and capped all of her bizarre behavior with a little self styling. She used a pair of clippers to give herself the Lex Luthor look. But Britney proved everyone wrong with the success of her newest album and it seems that the insanity has been left behind.

Michael Jackson Dangles Baby

It was the pinnacle of oddity in a life full of oddity. Michael Jackson dangled his young son over a balcony on the fourth floor. Using one arm to hold a baby is a recipe for disaster to begin with. When the little one is hovering at a fatal altitude to boot, it is still amazing that Jackson wasn't sent to jail with no chance of escape. Ah the perks of celebrity.

Sinead O'Connor Rips Up The Pope

Sinead O'Connor decided on a musical appearance on Saturday Night Live that it was time to mix in a little politics. In a statement against child abuse, when she finished her song she shredded a picture of the pontiff. Her career never recovered from this and to date she is still made fun of for her actions and she hasn't returned to the musical charts like she had in the past.

Mel Gibson Loses It

Mel became Mad Max for real when he was pulled over for erratic driving. His tirade blaming the Jews for all of mankind's woes and referring to a female officer as Sugar Tits hit the airwaves like a California wildfire. Later Mel made a public statement that he was battling the bottle and it hasn't put a slight dent in his career. Everybody loves Mel!

Janet Jackson's Most Viewed Nipple

The halftime show for the 2004 Super Bowl came with an extra added attraction. During a number with Justin Timberlake, Justin accidentally tore away part of Janet's outfit revealing a jewelry adorned nipple. When 90 million people see jewelry adorned intimate part of a woman, well let's just say it was a pretty popular subject for much longer than was necessary. Neither Janet nor Justin were affected by the event and are still both quite popular in their own right.

Celebrity Adult Videos

This affects a few different people, most of them being Pam Anderson with various rock and roll stars. From Tommy Lee to Bret Michaels. Sure, there's Rob Lowe's famous indiscretion and let us not forget the kinky Go Go's video from the 80's, but most of these videos are actually nothing more than publicity stunts. Paris Hilton? Yeah, she signed a release as did the multiple partners of Pam Anderson and Ms. Anderson herself. Anyone trying to tell you that these are caught on tape incidents is lying. It was planned from the start. The only star who was honest about this from the start was Dustin Diamond, Screech from Saved By The Bell, and really, who wants to see that?

Anorexia

Celebrities who weigh too little receive just as much press as the ones that become overweight. What is a starlet to do when she gets criticized for going in either direction? It is a little odd that the extreme weight loss is treated like a medical condition and met with large amounts of sympathy where the overweight are ridiculed even though it is also a medical condition that deserves the same level of sympathy.
