Not only does Bobby Flay own this restaurant, but he's well known for being a celebrity chef. You can get some great American Southwestern food for under $20 dollars a meal. You can locate Mesa Grill at the popular Caesars Palace.

3. Toby Keith's - Toby Keith's restaurant is known to have some of the best western foods around. This Southwestern comfort food is a great appetizer for some great drinks that this restaurant has to offer. The price range is between $15 -$25 dollars a plate. You can locate Toby Keith's at the Harrah's Resort and Casino.
4. Wolfgang Puck's Bar & Grill - This Wolfgang Puck restaurant location opened in 2004, and has been soaring with customers ever since. This restaurant has a modern look, and offers modern styled fine foods. This place is a great elegant location with casual foods. The prices are around $31 to $50 dollars per meal. You can find American and Californian styled food here. You can locate this restaurant in the MGM Grand Resort.
5. Spago - This well known restaurant known to usually sport celebrities sitting at the tables is run and owned by Wolfgang Puck. You can really enjoy some amazing cuisines from one of the top chefs in the world, accompanied by top service and style. You can find the price range in the restaurant to be between $31 to $50 dollars. This high class restaurant is located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.
6. Joel Robuchon - Joel Robuchon who is known as the Chef of the century for his French cuisine. This highly sophisticated restaurant offers fine foods on his unique menu. His restaurant is also known for their extensive wine list which has been personally picked by Joel himself. A great plus about this restaurant is a complimentary limo service to all guests with reservations for this restaurant. The average check comes about to be around $90 dollars. You can locate this fine restaurant at the MGM Grand.
7. Roy's- James Beard who's an award winning celebrity chef opened Roy's in 1988. Roy's is known for its Hawaii cuisine and its numerous locations from the US all the over to Japan. The restaurant was designed to be spacious for a more private experience while also being able to view the inside of the kitchen from any table. Reservations are a must for this and the prices start at $25 dollars a plate. You can locate Roy's Hawaiian fusion restaurant at the Flamingo hotel.
8. Picasso - Celebrity Chef Julian Serrano runs this Las Vegas based restaurant to the highest standards. The restaurant is known for its elegant French and Spanish Cuisines. This one of the top fancy hotels in Las Vegas and requires a dressy attire to visit this great experience of a restaurant. This isn't best place to bring children, and the price range is on the higher scale of about $50 dollars or more per meal. This upscale restaurant is located at the Bellagio.
9. Michael Mina - Michael Mina who is a well known celebrity chef has started this unique experience featuring some delicate entrees with some of the best tasting foods around the world. If you're in the mood for a Black Mussel Soufflé, or a Lobster Pot Pie, you won't want to miss this dining experience. The dining experience at the Michael Mina restaurant can cost upwards of $50 dollars or more per plate, but it is worth every penny. This great restaurant is located at the Bellagio.
10. Sinatra - This brand new restaurant owned by Frank Sinatra (and family), the king of Las Vegas is located in the new Encore hotel. This restaurant has more class then you've probably seen in any restaurant since 1940. Classy restaurants are hard to come by now a day, because it isn't the popular theme to come by. However, when it comes to the famous Frank Sinatra, he can pave the way back to 1940 and bring a new experience to those who never got experience the old fashioned style of dining. You can find some great Italian food here, and with the many different offered courses, you'll be guaranteed to not leave hungry. While this restaurant is on the higher scale, the prices are too, but well worth it.
