Since the debut of reality television, few programs have captured the imagination of Deadliest Catch. Not only is it one of the few reality shows that isn't scripted, it throws viewers into the difficult and often deadly world of crab catching. Bearing less-than-desirable conditions and going on almost no sleep, the men crewing the various vessels on the hit program show the extreme lengths they are willing to go through in order to reel in a large pot and fill their quota.
