Top 10 Dumb Things Women Say to Men

The following is a list of things (as best as I can remember them) that I have said or have heard women say to guys.

Some of the things below are just ignorant. Others are mean. And so on...

These are listed in no particular order.

10. "Am I fatter than that girl?"

Really. Sometimes we tend to over analyze ourselves. Women are bad about doing a mental compare and contrast essay when we see other women who we think are: about our size, thinner than us, heavier than us, younger than us, older than us... you get the picture.

9. "What are you thinking about?"

I don't think that guys ever really want to hear this question. If they want us to know they'll tell us. And sometimes they really aren't thinking about anything at all.

8. "Would you have sex with her?"

It doesn't matter who the "her" is. It's a bad question that will only make you feel bad no matter what his answer is. If he answers yes, you'll be p*ssed. If he says no, you'll be p*ssed that he's lying to you (whether or not he is).

7. "Do you watch pornos?"

Girls, unless you are wanting to view them with him, don't ask about his "alone time" entertainment.

6. "What did you guys do at the bachelor party?"

If you are in a relationship, you should have a partner who will think about your feelings before he does something stupid that might jeopardize your relationship. If not, get prepared for: a) a lie b) some painful truth or c) an argument.

5. "Do you want kids?"

If you are at an early part of a relationship or on a date this can be an awkward, or worse, polarizing question. Wait until you a little more serious.

4. "How many women have you had sex with?"

If you are entering a sexual relationship you should make sure that you know the person is safe, sane, and drug free. You don't need to dredge up his past conquests, nor does he need to know about yours. If you do have this talk, both of you will probably wind up feeling unhappy and unsettled.

3. "Do you want to hang out at my parents' house?"

Unless you live with your parents or are under 18, no he doesn't want to hang out with your mom and dad. (Unless you are in a fairly serious relationship, and not always then...)

2. "I like really (fill in the blank) men!"

Unless you are describing the guy you are with, don't list your favorite traits in men. Also, you run the risk of sounding like a suck-up or a liar if you gush about him and how he is your dream man.

Generally guys don't like to watch us shop for girl stuff. Women don't generally like to watch guys shop for their things either. (Though I must admit that I do like going to Lowes and Home Depot every now and again...)
