Top 10 Finalists Join Larry King Live for 25th Anniversary Kick-off

The Top Ten American Idol Finalists came together once again joining Larry King as he kicked-off his week-long 25th anniversary celebration. There were smiles, conversation, and banter Monday night as our Idol favorites answered questions from the host and fans.

On Lee winning the title:

Crystal: She just had a feeling Lee would win.

Casey: "There's just really no way you could say."

Big Mike: He said they gave the fans what they wanted. He felt either one was capable of taking the crown.

Who would our Idols want to be stranded with on a deserted island?

Lee: Paul McCartney. He felt he would be a cool guy to sit down with and work on some stuff.

Tim: John Denver

Crystal: Joe Cocker

Big Mike: Janet Jackson

Siobhan: You know who Siobhan wanted. Hanson. One of her favorite groups.

How many will record albums?

All hands went in the air. Ten new recording artists hoping to make it big. What a dream!

Do they consider themselves celebrities?

Lee: The number one Idol happily admits he gets recognized. Reality hit him about the enormity of it all when he returned to Chicago for Homecoming Week and got all that love from the crowds of fans. Lee described it this way--"Mind blowing!"

Thoughts on Simon Cowell and his critiques:

Crystal: She thinks he's honest.

Aaron: "The way he says things, it sticks out in your head."

Didi: Didi was the most honest of the group. She admitted that things got a bit rocky between she and the judge extraordinaire, but she's fine with everything now.

Any Idol romances backstage (on the set)?

Sorry to disappoint fans, but no romances between any of the finalists. They were like brothers and sisters.

Were the judges helpful?

Andrew: Andrew pointed out they were harsh sometimes.

Katie: She definitely got confusing comments.

Siobhan: It was more about her outfits than the singing. She added that the comments were confusing.

Casey: Some of the advice was good, some was bad. Some helpful, some not.

Favorite mentor:

Tim: Alicia Keys was Tim's favorite.

Lee, Crystal and the Gang: Unanimously selected Harry Connick, Jr. They couldn't say enough great things about him. He was there for them.

Who was the class clown: Lee DeWyze

Biggest flirt: Andrew Garcia

Most shy: Aaron Kelly

Friendliest: A tie between Aaron and Tim Urban

One word to describe their American Idol Experience: amazing, incredible, awesome, nuts, outstanding!
