My Home Redux--The trials and successes in remodelling and decorating her house. Julie Lohmeier is a working mom with 3 kids and two dogs. Her hope with this blog is to show that women - single, working moms, or married - can do much of this themselves. No need to be intimidated. It's not that hard if you leave the brute labor stuff to the guys. And most things require finesse, creativity, and some hard work but not brute labor. But she learned how to do most things on her own and know more than most anyone at Home Depot and enough to speak intelligently to any contractor. You can too!
