Most Wanted
Unlike other iPhone apps, this app requires no user input. It is just a simple database of information. This is the FBI most wanted criminals and terrorists database. This is good because it also has the list of missing children with photographs. Why I list it is because of the children, now more than ever we as a society have the ability to help these children.
Tubulous 1.1 Social Podcasting for the iPhone
I consider this to be one of the best new iPhone apps because of what this app allows you to do. From your iPhone you can create new pod casts and upload on your social networking site. You can add photos, videos, music PDF and even text. The versatility of this app makes it one of my best of 2009 iPhone apps.
E-Trade Mobile Pro
The next of the 2009 iPhone apps to look at is E-Trade Mobile Pro. Slated as the most powerful in mobile trading, with awesome core functionality that matches your desktop E-trade app makes this one of the best new iPhone apps of 2009.
Wesabe
This free iPhone app is going to be one of the best new iPhone apps to come out this year. Wesabe lets you see your bank information such as credit card accounts, purchases and lets the user monitor spending.
GasoPa
Of all the 2009 iPhone apps, this one is built for the photo buffs. It lets you search for similar images on the web by uploading any photo captured by the iPhone camera.
SmartTime
This calendar and task manager is one of the best of the 2009 iPhone apps to come out. It aims to help you save time and manage time.
Slacker Radio
This is a free radio that supposedly brings Pandora to its knees with extra perks, making it a huge hit as one of the best of the free 2009 iPhone apps.
TwitterFon Pro
This is the same Twitter client we use on our desktops but better. It is free but has advertisements so if you are not into ad's you can get a Pro version for a fee.
WifFi Directory
This is one of the most useful of the 2009 iPhone apps because it lets you find the wifi hot spots. Out shopping or eating at a restaurant and need access, this app will help you find it. You can use the search radius to adjust the miles to search.
Fandango
The last of the 2009 iPhone apps we are going to look at is Fandango. If you are out in a area not your normal haunt and you get a sudden urge to see a movie, just pop into Fandango and see what is near to you.
