Top 10 Metallica Songs from the 1990's

Ryan
After releasing four albums during the 1980's, the 1990's saw Metallica release five albums. There were no changes to the bands line-up for any of these five albums. The band consisted of James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, and Jason Newsted.

The five albums released in the 1990's were Metallica, Metallica (1991), Load (1996), Reload (1997), Garage, Inc. (1998), and S&M (1999). The 1991 CD is commonly referred to as the "black album."

Here are my ten favorite Metallica songs that were released during the 1990's.

10. Am I Evil is off of Garage Inc. Originally released in 1980 by Diamondhead from the album titled Lightning To The Nations.

9. No Leaf Clover comes from the S&M.

8. Nothing Else Matters is the first song on my list off of the "black album."

7. Stone Cold Crazy is on Garage Inc. The song was originally released in 1974 by Queen and off their album titled Sheer Heart Attack.

6. Devil's Dance is my favorite song off of the Reload. I love the guitar riffs from this song.

5. King Nothing is off the album Load.

4. Ain't My B**** this is the track one off of Load. It is a good song to lead off the album with.

3. Sad But True is off the "black album."

2. Ronnie this is by far my favorite song off of the Load album.

1. Enter Sandman is my number song by Metallica during the 1990's. Enter Sandman is off the "black album." This is the song that stuck out the most after seeing the video played countless times.

No Leaf Clover is the only song on the list from S&M, since most of the songs were previously released on other albums. The Unforgiven, Until It Sleeps, and many others could have easily been on my top ten. I had to leave a lot of songs off though. That is my top ten list of songs from Metallica's five albums released during the 1990's.
