#10 Wii Sports Resort
Wii Sports Resort made my top ten list due to the fun factor. While the graphics and audio are basically the same as the original Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort took the fun to an entirely new level. Wii Sports Resort will make you remember why you bought a Wii in the first place.
#09 Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
Sequels to classics are often flops, but Metroid Prime 3: Corruption may actually be my favorite all-time Metroid title. In this game, you get to control Samus by moving with the Nunchuk and aiming with the pointer, which immerses you in the Metroid experience unlike any game in the series before it. When I complain about a Wii game, it usually has to do with sloppy controls, but Metroid 3 felt fluid and well rounded.
#08 Resident Evil 4 (Wii Edition)
What makes Resident Evil 4 (Wii Edition) so special is the fact that they kept the original gameplay and story intact, yet added quality motion controls to the experience. I consider Resident Evil 4 to be the best game of the series, with the best story.
#07 Rock Band 2
Co-operative gameplay, multiple instruments and an improved game make Rock Band 2 one of the best options for the Wii. I do prefer the PS3 version, but if you don't have the Sony console, the Nintendo option is the best way to go. Rock Band 2 was a huge improvement over the original.
#06 Super Paper Mario
Super Paper Mario might be the most underrated Wii game. Review scores for this title were good, but should have been great. If you are looking for complete fun, fantastic storytelling, unique charm, cool music and creative gameplay, this is a title you need to buy.
#05 Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10
We finally got a sports game (other than Wii Sports) where the motion controls actually work really well. MotionPlus controls and an incredible selection of game modes may make Tiger Woods PGA 10 the definitive golf video game of this generation. Nearly every sports game on the Wii fails where this game succeeds with flying colors.
#04 Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Super Smash Brothers Brawl proved that the Nintendo Wii isn't all about casual gaming. This title is one of the few multiplayer competitive games that gets my seal of approval. SSBB might be the most fun you can have with the Nintendo Wii. The game has so many different and new things added to the series that it would be a crime if you never played it.
#03 Okami
Okami hasn't changed much since the PS2 version, but it's still a truly awesome game. The game has unique and captivating characters, environments and experiences. No Wii title has ever blown me away like Okami. The game's art style is simply breathtaking and perfect for the platform. You can pick up Okami for about $20 at any store, which is a real steal.
#02 Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Twilight Princess is basically homage to Ocarina. Twilight Princess didn't introduce us to too many new things. Instead, it perfected mistakes of past games. Playing this game, you will feel like it's something new and something old at the same time. I would give this title a 97/100 for a review score.
#01 Super Mario Galaxy
I can't say enough good things about Super Mario Galaxy. If there was ever a perfect game, this was it. This could possibly be the greatest game Nintendo has ever produced.

Post a CommentMario Galaxy as number one? Umm.. FAIL!
I doubt you could find 5 people with the exact same opinion. These picks were my opinion, but I'm sure there are numerous other games that would have made someone else's top ten list.
What is wrong with you Will, Mario Kart is one of the best games in the wii library! I don't have one friend who isn't in love with the game. It's insulting. I'm sure this list is just "your opinion" because if it were the general public's decision I think you'd have a completely different lineup.
I came very close to adding Mario Kart Wii to the list...
I would replace Tiger Woods with Mario Kart Wii. Otherwise I agree with the list.
D'oh, i've played all these, Need MOAR!
