Top 10 Reality Check Online Videos

Jessica Writes
In my opinion, the best thing about the rise in popularity of online videos is that it gives crazy people all over the world a chance to broadcast their madness. I've always been one to slow down and stare at a car wreck, and these online videos offer the same experience. Watch them and feel better about yourself knowing that at least you're not:

10. The Cop Who Couldn't Catch a Bicycle
If you've ever thought that trying to outrun a cop car on a bicycle would be a bad idea, think again. This online video shows that it's possible as long as you're really brave, really fast, and really crazy.

9. The Man Having His Teeth Pulled in His Backyard
If you've ever put off going to the dentist because of fear or just general dislike of such an experience, you may reconsider your decision after watching this online video. I'm not sure if this man is brave, drunk, or really crazy, but he doesn't even flinch when his friend yanks out his front teeth with a pair of pliers.

8. This Kid with the Bored Father
Most moms worry about their babies falling down steps or out of the crib or off of the couch when they start suddenly rolling over. If this wasn't enough, now there's a new thing to worry about -- the bored father. This online video shows a man balancing his infant on the tip of his fingers.

7. The Adults Playing in Costumes in Their Backyard
The first time someone ever told me about a game called Dungeons & Dragons, I imagined all sorts of crazy things that people did playing this game. Even just in my own imagination, I thought people who played this game were a little sad and a lot crazy. However, I never imagined that the game was played to the extent that the people in this online video have taken it to.

6. The Speed Limit Sign Holders in the Netherlands
Topless women, government officials in the Netherlands thought, will get people to pay attention to the speed limit if we place them on street corners holding speed limit signs. This online video shows why the plan (shockingly!) wasn't completely thought through.

5. The Kid Playing the Urinal Game
What could make going to the bathroom more fun than having to aim for a moving urinal in the shape of a clown with a large mouth? This online video shows why it's better to use the stall in some situations.

4. The Man Making This Video
If you've ever needed to make your paper a paragraph longer in order to make it fit length guidelines, the guy in this online video has a tip for you. When watching it, try not to think of how sad it is that he came up with this scheme rather than just writing a few additional words.

3. The People Who Think Ghostriding Is Cool
Don't know what ghostriding is? Neither did I. This online video shows what it is and why it's probably not a good idea, much less cool.

2. The Seven-Year Old who's Still Breastfeeding
Not only is she still breastfeeding, but she also draws pictures of how much breastfeeding means to her and talks about how much she loves her mother's breasts. This online video shows why some people just shouldn't be allowed to have children.

1. The Desperate Woman
The number one online video shows that even if you feel like you tried everything to get a date, you haven't hit rock bottom yet. After two police officers leave her house from a 911-call, this woman calls 911 again to try to make a date with one of the officers.

*Bonus*
If you still don't feel better about yourself, you could always take it out on the computers at work like this guy.

I found the video on the woman who breastfeeds her seven year old very interesting. I wonder if she would feel differently if she had boys. The longest I ever breastfed my children was 16 months, and I feel my sons weaned themselves, though I was already offering them cups at that time. I agree with her comments about society's views of perverted sexuality vs naturally nurturing children. I was far less offended watching her nurse her seven-year-old daughter than I am watching a Victoria Secret commercial!
