Top 10 Songs by Rascal Flatts

This Group Can Make You Melt

Heather Shockney
Rascal Flatts is one of the greatest Groups around. They are well known to the country world and now are being introduced to the pop culture as well with their new songs. The group consists of Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus, and Joe Don Rooney. They have been nominated and won several awards including CMA's, A Grammy, and several ACM's.

Their songs skyrocket to the top of the charts and stay there for several weeks. They seem like a down to earth group of guys who know how important the fans are and they prove this in their release of Heres to You, and Me And My Gang. They have a song for every occasion Happy or sad.

Here are the top 10 songs I would choose,
10.Prayin' for Daylight (Rascal Flatts) tells of a guy wishing his girl would come back and how much he loved her.

9.Mayberry (Melt) talks of missing a little hometown where everyone would talk to each other and knew every ones name, not like the big cities, where people can be so cold.

8.Heres to You (Feels like Today) Tells of the fans and how important they are to the band and if it weren't for them they wouldn't be who they are. Talks about how the fans will do anything to get tickets and to get back stage, and how their fans range in age from young to old.

7.Ellsworth (Me And My Gang) tells the story of a grandma who is starting to forget things but if you talk of grandpa she remembers it all and the great love she had for him. She can remember every detail of things they used to do together.

6.These Days (Melt) tells of thoughts of an old girlfriend from school and wishes she would come back.

5.Feels Like Today (Feels Like Today) talks about making up your mind and that life isn't going to wait while you do, and about change.

4.I Melt (Melt) tells of a great love and every time she looks at him he just melts for her. No matter what she does it makes him love her that much more.

3.Fast cars and Freedom (Me and My Gang) talks about a woman not realizing how beautiful she is, and how much he loved her.

2.What Hurts the Most (Me and My Gang) tells of dealing with the pain of a breakup, and everywhere he goes he is reminded of her, and how he cant tell her what he wants to say.

1.Bless the Broken Road (Feels Like Today) tells of going out looking for a better love and not realizing what you already had .No matter when he ended up he always came back home to her.

This was almost impossible to do I have so many more songs that could be included in this list such as, Me and My Gang, Skin, I'm Moving on, Pieces, and Backwards which is also one of my favorites tells of what you would get if you played a country song backwards such as you wife back your dog back also your job back, all the things you have lost or been taken away comes back.

I could go on and on, every song they come out with is a hit in my book. They have four full albums out now, and are busy touring the world. They have a deep base of loyal fans and I know I am one of them. I can't wait to catch them at one of their concerts while they are on tour. If you don't believe me buy one of their cd's and have a listen I think you will be a fan in no time at all.
