7. "Gotta Be Somebody" by Nickelback is about knowing that the "right one" is out there somewhere and continuing to dream that you will find him or her someday. If you one of the lucky ones who have already found him or her in your date at the dance, the song will reinforce your feelings for each other.
8. "Your Call" by Secondhand Serenade is about reminiscing on the good times of a past relationship and wishing that you could be together again. It will keep you and your date appreciative of having each other to be with.
9. "Dancing Queen" by ABBA brought back a new generation of ABBA fans from the movie Mama Mia. This song will keep you and your date dancing around the dance floor.
10. "Flightless Bird, American Mouth" by Iron and Wine was the song that made Bella bare her neck to Edward at the prom in Twilight, one of the most popular teen movie from 2008. For those who would like to relive the romantic, lighted gazebo scene from the movie, this song will bring back those memories.

Wow! You surveyed 100 teens? How did you ever find that many teenagers?! I'm glad that I recognized a couple of songs on that list. It only made me feel old instead of ancient.
