In the beginning there are exciting emotions surrounded with the idea of having a baby. Then as soon as you really start trying, you realize that there are many different factors involved with trying to conceive.

When you are trying to conceive, you begin trying to have a baby. Fertility is the few days when you have the greatest chance of conceiving. Knowing when you're fertile takes time and patience. This usually comes with beginning to watch your body, checking your cycle, and figuring out when is the best time to have a baby.
