Top 10 Winter Destrinations

The Professor
In this rundown of the Top 10 winter destinations I will try and get one vacation that fits for every situation. The locations are widespread although the majority of my places to visit in the winter are located in the United States.
Italy- I know Italy is a pretty large area. But, look at what it has to offer at any time of the year. Plus, in the winter you avoid the huge crowds and some of the cost. There is the magnificent Rome and the beautiful artwork in Florence. Plus, let's not forget about romantic Venice. For those that love Italy winter is a great time to go without crowds.

Las Vegas- For those who like to party then here is the place for you. Plus, in Las Vegas who cares what the weather is Las Vegas is all about what's indoors. The parties, the betting, the shows if that is what you want then this is the place to go.

Denver- Well, I think this is a no-brainer. This is for the skier or the snowboarder who wants to step it up. If you want snow and to be able to do something with it then this is the best location for you.

Sweden- Okay, so you want to ski outside of America and have some other fun. Well, Sweden can supply that with the Ice Hotel. It is probably the coolest place you can ever stay.

Alaska- Alright, this one is really cool. Who doesn't love dogs and every one can watch a race or two. Well, then combine them into one with the Iditarod Sled Race. Come on bring the kids up to Alaska have some fun with dogs.

Yellowstone - The Yellowstone National Park is one of the most famous vacation spots ever. Is it any surprise with all that the location offers. It offers everything from educational programs to lodging, where you can stay with your family. Not only will you and the family have fun but you will also be able to learn as well. You and the family can learn all about fascinating and beautiful Yellowstone Park.
Orlando - Disney along with all the beach options you could ever want. Orlando is always the place to be if you want to go South for the beach. Plus, the bonus is that the food there is incredible. Anyway sometimes it's nice to get away from the cold weather.

New England - It is historic it is the home of the revolution. No just kidding I'm talking about the New England area. Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts have alot to offer. They have many great sites to visit along with tremoundes skiing if you don't want to go out West or North.

Hershey - Hershey is the sweetest place in the Winter. Literally, it becomes choclate fantasy as Hershey Park gets even sweeter around Christmas season. Your kids will love it and I my guess is you will too.

Caribbean's - A Caribbean cruise in the winter sounds crazy but, it really is nice. If you love cruises and want a change of scenery than this is the thing to do. The extra bonus for this trip is the costs will be lower since it is during the winter than a summer cruise.

I'm a kid that just plain loves baseball and has played fantasy sports since I was ten yrs. old. I have been to the greatest race ever the Indy 500 twice with my dad and my brother.  View profile
