1. How I Earned $235 A Week With Associated Content
This story from content producer Morgan Vermeil is what motivated me to really start writing for Associated Content. I had joined the site recently but wasn't putting much work into it, until I saw the words "How I Earned $235 A Week..." I didn't need to read the rest of the headline before clicking on the story to read some more. Vermeil details her goal of making a certain amount of money for Christmas shopping by writing for Associated Content. She tells other content producers exactly how many stories she produced each week to get to an average of $235. What's better, she did this as a newcomer on Associated Content, which made me breathe a little easier knowing she made that much money without a high clout. Without any special secrets, it showed me how I can earn additional income each month by devoting some time, every day, to producing stories for Associated Content. Based on the comments left beneath the story, it's clear she motivated other content producers as well.
2. Make Money with Mystery Shopping
Another story by Vermeil, this provided basic information for those who have wondered about the legitimacy of mystery shopping as providing income. Though not a work at home story, as you must leave your house in order to become a mystery shopper, this story lands on the list of top work at home Associated Content stories because it provides URLs for two specific websites that advertise for mystery shopping jobs. Did I mention I've added Vermeil as a buddy on Associated Content so that I can be alerted when she publishes a new piece? I'm a big fan of her content producer page and how it empowers Associated Content writers to make a living doing what they've always wanted.
3. 10 Legitimate Ways Stay-at-Home Moms Can Make Their Own Money
Another of my favorite content producers at Associated Content, Paula Neal Mooney gives a list of ten options for stay-at-home moms to earn their own money. Though I'm not a mother, I was very interested to read about all the possible work at home opportunities out there. As a full-time college student, reading about work at home jobs lets me know about easy ways to make money that don't take a big chunk out of my day.
4. Make a Living Writing for Associated Content
Again, because I am a full-time college student, I was drawn to Amy Brantley's piece about earning a living while being in school. I learned about how much a content producer on Associated Content could make just by doing those weekly promotions, which immediately motivated me to sign up for the newsletter. I've gotten paid for three content special offers so far, have submitted three more and hope to make a decent income by writing the stuff Associated Content requests. It may not always be the most interesting to me, but I don't mind one bit.
5. Associated Content: An Opportunity for Stay at Home Moms
This is another story devoted to Associated Content as a work at home opportunity for stay-at-home moms. Newbie content producers like myself can learn a lot about the process of working for Associated Content by reading this story.
6. The 5 Best Websites for Freelance Writers
As someone who's been giving thought to the idea of breaking into freelance writing rather than getting a traditional newspaper gig after graduation, I was happy to find this story on Associated Content about five websites devoted to freelance writers. These sites offer tips for writers, networking opportunities and job alerts. Check it out.
7. Find Out How to Work from Home Without the Scams
This valuable Associated Content story gives tips for avoiding work at home scams on the web, as well as some legitimate work at home opportunities, a must-read for anyone trying to make a living while staying in your pajamas all day.
8. Work from Home Scam: Data Entry Job Falls Flat
An important story about a huge scam involving work at home data entry jobs. Save yourself up to $20 by reading this piece on Associated Content.
9. Associated Content Vs. Constant Content
I was intrigued to check into Constant Content after reading this story on AC. It will give you a comparison between the two of the biggest websites for freelance writers working at home. Bottom line, though, I'm sticking with Associated Content because of the instant gratification of getting an offer, publishing and payment.
10. Writing Headlines for AC: How to Find Phrases, Check Keyword Density & Google Your Content
A must-read for anyone trying to increase the average offer they receive on Associated Content. I learned a lot about keyword density and ways to promote your content, which will lead to higher page views, higher clout and ultimately, higher income from Associated Content, a popular and viable work at home option.
Associated Content has published many other stories devoted to work at home opportunities. These are a few of what I found the most useful. Check them out for yourself, and please, let me know of any other stories on Associated Content that will help me earn more money from home. Good luck to everyone pursuing work at home opportunities, and I'll be reading you on Associated Content.
