10. Wing Commander - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wing_Commander_(video_game) 1^st. Lt. Blair fights and intergalactic war against the evil Kilrathi. Freddie Prinze, Jr. is a decent actor but this was his worst film. The movie was very generic and did horrible at the box office.

9. Double Dragon - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106761/ Two brothers fight for the other half of an enchanted medallion. The video game was better than the movie. Even with its star power, Scott Wolf and Mark Dacascos, the graphics and special effects still lacked.

8. Pokemon: The Movie 2000 - http://p2kmovie.warnerbros.com/index1.html Pokemon trainer fights to save the world. The first movie should have stood alone there was no reason to make a second. The same plot as the first.

7. Postal - http://www.postal-the-movie.com Recently laid off Dude, joins a cult that his uncle leads and try to steal from an amusement park. This movie was so stupid. The plot was very hard to follow and made no sense.

6. Blood Rayne - http://www.bloodrayne.com/loband/index.html Kagan, a vampire leader, is chased by vampire hunters. This movie's acting power is non-existent and not very impressive. The actors in this movie could have done a much better job.

5. Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Final_Fantasy:_The_Spirits_Within A female scientist along with a team of soldiers makes a last stand on Earth. The movie's graphics were decent but the film was slow and random, very difficult to watch.

4. Resident Evil: Apocalypse - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resident_Evil_Apocalypse A deadly virus has been unleashed on Raccoon City. Umbrella struggles with the idea of covering up the mistakes. Just another typical zombie movie but with enhanced graphics. No originality whatsoever. The first one was more action packed.

3. Resident Evil: Degeneration - http://www.sonypictures.com/homevideo/residentevildegeneration A warrior seeking revenge decides to deploy a virus on the city of Harvardville. Continuing in the series of Resident Evil video games, I believe they should have stayed away from the CG type. This is one movie that didn't need to be made at all. There is absolutely no point to this film.
