July

7 - Hole, yes, Courtney Love is back, and supposedly better than ever. You can see her at the House of Blues, in Dallas, Texas at 7:30pm.

August

3 - Aerosmith with Blue October, at 7:30pm at Superpages. If you catch the tour in other states you might get to get Aerosmith with Sammy Hagar & The Wabos. Trust me Aerosmith is worth seeing regardless of when or where. We have seen them live at Superpages three times. (Superpages was formerly called Smirnoff Music Center and the Coca-Cola Starplex). We have seen them when it rained and when we wish it would rain, and Aerosmith never ceases to amaze me. Unlike many bands, they are always better live they even sounds on radio. Steven Tyler makes the show worth it every time. As do the other guys in the band Brad Whitford, Joey Kramer, Tom Hamilton, and Joe Perry.

3 - Melissa Etheridge will be at the McFarlin Auditorium at 8pm.

7 - Brad Paisley H20 World Tour, with Darius Rucker and Justin Moore, 4pm at Superpages.

9 - American Idol Live! at the American Airlines Center at 7:30pm.

11 - Cyndi Lauper Memphis Blues Tour at Cowboy's Stadium in Arlington at 7pm.

12 - Pat Benatar featuring Neil Giraldo at House of Blues at 7pm.

13 - The Rockstar Mayhem Festival featuring Korn, Rob Zombie, and more. 2:15pm at Superpages.

16 - Lilith (formerly Lilith Fair), with Sarah McLachlan. 3pm at Superpages. Many big name performers always perform at this festival, some currently on tour with Lilith are Sugarland and Sheryl Crow.

21 - Goo Goo Dolls with special guest Switchfoot, 7pm, at Superpages.
