When planning your fall wedding a good point to start is the colors that will the whole look together. The colors you pick should be done first, as this will coordinate the whole wedding. This coming fall the colors trending are rich and romantic.

Popular Fall Wedding Colors 2010

The popular colors this year for a fall wedding are deep red, teal, violet, mocha and sage*. These lovely colors are easy to coordinate with the rest of your wedding extra touches that no matter which fall colors you pick, it will be a cinch to coordinate. Remember not to overdo it though. You are not going to want to pick all of these colors. For best results pick two of your favorite out of the five listed above and make those two your main colors to weave through your wedding and reception.

Traditional Wedding Colors

A great way to incorporate wonderful traditional wedding colors and fall 2010 popular colors would be to have a traditional color as a base, then add your splashes of color from the fall wedding colors. Traditional colors would be white, off white and black and silver. If you are still unsure about what colors you want, there is a wonderful tool at Colour Lovers where you an look at over one million different colors. You are sure to find the right color and you can see exactly what the combination you pick looks like together.

2010 Fall Wedding Color Combinations Ideas

A beautiful way to set off these colors, particularly for a night wedding would be a red and black color combination. A great fall daytime look would be to have red and orange throughout the wedding. This combination doesn't sound like the best choice, but once you can see it pulled together the elegance is evident. Whichever combination you pick, it is very important to see these colors together. Remember, these colors will be a large part of your fall wedding day, make sure they are colors you not only can live with, but absolutely love.

2010 Fall Wedding Color Themes

There are so many different themes to go with. This is where your personality will shine through. You can do just about anything. Striped theme goes well with a green theme. If polka dots are you and yours' thing, teal would be a great color to work with. For a flowers theme, violet would be an excellent color. I have to say, the fall color wedding theme that caught my eye was the letters theme in a deep blue. This theme incorporates the new bride and groom's initials into the reception.

Then, I've got a lot of things happening for which I'll need money! I'll have to get my butt in gear and write, write, write, write. However, please, also do me a favor and visit www.everlastinglight.tk

So the dreaded teal is back?? I had to wear teal once...it's probably the most unflattering color except for fair-skinned, red haired people!
