I will be personally watching and rooting for Eric Berry. Eric Berry is sure to be a top pick in the 2010 draft. In fact, I am predicting Berry to be a top ten pick and definitely the top player at his position of safety. Eric Berry hails from the University of Tennessee where he was an absolutely outstanding defensive player. He certainly has all the awards to prove it. Berry is listed as 6'0" and is 211 pounds. He officially recorded an NFL combine time of 4.47 in the 40 yard dash. He can virtually play all over the field on defense and will most likely see action as a safety or cornerback at the professional level. While some think he does not have the ideal size for a professional athlete, Eric Berry surely has the heart, will, and work ethic that may very well make him a future pro-bowler in the National Football League. I personally like the fact that he receives a very low amount of penalty flags and stays out of trouble. He is a leader on the team and displays great manners in public.
I am looking forward to watching his professional football career and wish him all the best. He will surely be missed at Tennessee but should have a very promising career ahead of him in the NFL.
