Top 3 Burger Joints in New Rochelle, New York

SDR2010
When I was very young my uncle introduced me to my first hamburger and ever since my life has changed. He also loves hamburgers and we usually try to get together and try different hamburger places. We have tired different types of meat and then we started a custom of going to every local hamburger places and trying their best burgers. We would then make an effort to remember where the places were and put them on our list of best burgers. If the burger were bad then we would give it another shot at a different time in order to be sure we have the best burger places. Living in New Rochelle, NY I have found some great burger places and this is something I have spent a good amount of money and family time on. I have found some burger restaurants that I love and you will also.

A J's Burgers is located at 542 North Avenue and they close every night at 9PM. The unique thing about this place is that it combines diner with food in a nice way. The place is a simple order and eat establishment, but the burgers are served to you but their serves and the service is great. This gives it the restaurant feel and I enjoy the service for a take-out place, The burgers are made fresh when you order and they use all fresh ingredients so their regular burgers are bursting with flavor that makes this place a must. I usually spend about $10 on a burger and fries here.

City Chow House is a restaurant that has been featured on the Food Network for their great burgers and when I went there I did love their Mulberry Italian burger that is served on sourdough bread with mozzarella cheese. The burger is prime beef and still tasted flavorful despite the lack of fat. They are open until 10PM and I spent $15 on the burger at their 1 Radisson Plaza street address.

Leno's Clam Bar located at 755 Pelham Rd is a great place to go when it is warm outside because they require you eat their burgers outside. The burgers are simple cheeseburgers that are covered in oil. You can get them with onions and everything is made when you order. Expect to spend about $20 for two burgers here but the burgers are some of the best I have ever tried but they close at 9pm and they are only open during the summer.

Leno's Clam Bar-are you kidding me? Any self respecting old school New Rochellean would refer to this fine eatery as Greasy Nicks and you order burgers 2 ways-"With" or "Without"!!!!
