Top 3 Delicious Burger Joints Near Columbus, Ohio

My personal favorite Burger joint near Columbus Ohio is this delicious, one-location-only restaurant within the uniquely wonderful German Village area. Thurman's Café offers quite a few different menu items, yet every time my husband and I visit the place, we each order one of theirlarge and largely yummy tasting burgers. Yum-o-rama! These burgers are available in a variety of uniquely named styles and flavors, including The Thurman Burger, The Macedonian Burger, The Thermandelpia Steak Burger and many more.

If you're familiar with the TV show called Man Vs. Food, which stars a big eating fellow attempting to stuff his face at many interesting restaurants throughout various countries, you might be interested to know that he visited the Thurman Café and chowed down on one of their huge and delicious burgers. I personally weigh much less than the Man Vs. Food chap, but I still enjoy eating up one of these large and in charge and great tasting burgers from time to time. Yum!

I will admit that Thurman's is a popular joint, so if you arrive there most evenings, be prepared to stand in line for a while before you get seated. Once you do get seated, prepare yourself for a big, excellent tasting burger!

2. Ted's Montana Grill (at 191 Nationwide Boulevard, Columbus OH. 43215):

Alright so Ted's Montana Grill is not located only in the Columbus Ohio area, which does make it less unique than the previously mentioned burger joint. However, the detail that does make Ted's great is the fact that they offer Bison style burgers, which have a slightly different texture and taste than the more regular beef burgers. If you don't want to try Bison burgers, they do offer Angus Beef style burgers, too; however, I consider the Bison burgers their specialty, so why not give them a shot?

Ted's also offers other small yet unique little food items with a home-style yet more delicious than home-style feel, such as homemade chips and cucumber/pickles. As someone who is not a big fan of pickles in general, I quite like those cucumber/pickles and perhaps you will, too.

Another detail about Ted's Bison Burgers is that they tend to be leaner, less fatty, and less caloric than beef burgers, so if you've eaten too many big, fatty hamburgers recently, then a Bison Burger might be all the more of a good idea to try.

3. Griffiti Burger (at 1505 West Fifth Ave, Columbus, OH 43212)

I will admit I have not yet personally tried the Grafitti Burger eatery, but I hope to do so soon, because it sounds like a good tasting Burger, Fries, & Shake joint with only three locations in the Columbus area. Fresh, Hand-Cut, Hand-Dipped and juicy are amongst their yummy specialties and they also offer a variety of very delicious sounding toppings.
