Post a CommentWe have two very asthmatic and allergic children. They really wanted a dog. Everytime we were at someones house that had animals they would wheeze and break out in hives. We purchased a multipoo. My kids love her. They have had no reactions and are all over her. Best decision we ever made.%250D%250A
Kristen,
My children are allergic to just about every animal one would have as a domestic pet/family member. However, we purchased a Maltese from a breeder friend and he's been a member of our family now for 4 years and 3 months. I purchased him wen he was 4 weeks old. I can honesty tell you tat my cildren ave had no allergic reactions to our baby boy, Little Daddy. He is now 5.5 pounds, a small Maltese, and he is the joy of our family. So, I would say from personal experience, your fater sould be just fine with a Maltese.
Okay, so my father is allergic to dogs, and i keep on pressuring him to let me have a dog. I want something small and something that doesnt shed. Do you think a Bichon Frise or a Maltese would work, even if he's allergic?
