There are open from Tuesday through Saturday 7 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon. they also have hours from Sunday 8 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. They are closed on Monday. I like their philosophy of "happiness through food". They serve organic foods mostly and really great coffee. It us great place to get a cup of coffee and take in the locals while writing. It is highly recommended. They have all fresh sandwiches that are absolutely delicious. They offer intelligentsia coffee and tea as well. It well worth a trip to check it out. Take a friend and enjoy a cup of your favorite coffee or tea.

Their hours are Monday from 10 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon. They are also open on Tuesday through Saturday from 7 in the morning until 10 in the evening. Sunday hours are from 8 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon. They are locally owned and operated. Their food is gourmet organic which is a delight to the senses. Their coffee is more gourmet European than all American. Try a cappuccino that will make you return time after time.
Oasis Coffee and Tea
Oasis Coffee and Tea is my favorite spot for a relaxing cup of coffee or tea. They have a Zen garden atmosphere that is extremely relaxing. There is free Wifi for those of us who write for a living. It is perfect for a day to yourself with your favorite cup of brew. They are located at:

They serve breakfast until 10 in the morning. Lunch is from 11:30 in the morning until closing at 6 in the evening. They are open on Monday through Saturday starting at 8 in the morning. Sundays they open at 8 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon. Come by and enjoy a relaxing day or evening.
Any of these top three independent coffee shops are a perfect choice to see the locals and relax or spend the day with friends. No matter what the occasion is, any of them are a great choice.
