Top 3 Independent Coffee Shops in College Station, Texas

I am a person that knows good coffee better than anyone else in the world, the reason for this is that I have been raised on coffee since I was very young. I had my first coffee when I was eight years old and since then I have tried almost every kind of coffee. I have gone to a lot of unique coffee shops and tried almost all of their coffee flavors. If I ever go to a restaurant and they offer a blend to take home then I usually buy the coffee and make it at home. I use my coffee maker almost every day and I am currently working on getting a frappe machine so that I can make my coffee different. I would say that I currently drink about three cups of coffee each day from different locations around town. I hate Starbucks and I refuse to drink that stuff even if it were a lot less expensive. I spend a lot of my time looking for the best coffee shop in town and I have found some amazing local coffee shops in College Station, TX and these coffee shops make life possible for me sometimes when I need to study.

Muldoon's Coffee Houseis a new local coffee shop that is located at 1517 Texas Avenue South. I love this places because they have great service and large servings of coffee. Get the original with their special milk because it is amazing. It is essentially sweet milk that makes a basic coffee very enjoyable. Seating here is limited but if you can manage to sit at the desk in a corner then you will love this place. It gets pretty crowded and the coffee will cost about $10 for two cups.

Hardback Cafeis located at 2004 Texas Avenue South and they close every night at 11PM. They offer ½ off any drink when you buy one during the hours of 6-8. This means you can get two special drinks for about $4.50. I would suggest you get the mint oreo frappe and enjoy their free internet and plenty of seating.

Sweet Eugene's House of Java also closes at 11PM and they are located at 1702 George Bush Drive East. They offer free live music on weekends and their atmosphere includes some amazing paintings and heavily used couches. Their iced snickers coffee is very good and it will run you about $5 per person.
