Triumph Brewery

If you happen to be close to Princeton, you must check out the Triumph Brewing Co. It is one of the coolest places to hang out with friends and they carry a good selection of beers from Irish Red Ale to Oatmeal Stout, and Honey Blonde. Their samplers include 8 selections of what is currently on tap and are good for more than one person to share. Triumph also serves a good food selection which is reasonably priced and great entertainment on weekend nights. Even if the sleek and modern décor looks more like a hip hot spot than a traditional brewpub, their product is remarkable and definitely worth a visit.

The Tun Tavern Brewery

The Tun Tavern in Atlantic City carries one of the best selections of handcrafted beers in the area. From the rich malty lager of the Tunfest, to the intense sweet malt of the Freedom Ale and the full bodied Leather Neck stout. The original Tun Tavern built in 1685 is regarded as the First Brew house built in Philadephia and one of the first in the country. Though the Tun Tavern in Atlantic City is not the easiest place to find and the décor is quite sparse, this brewery offers some of the best beers in Atlantic City and has been recently awarded the Atlantic City Magazine's Gold award for Beer and Pub Food. A true diamond in the rough with some good weekend entertainment.
