Tröegs Anthology Sampler offers a collection of the breweries most popular microbrews available year round, including the bold and spicy, yet well balanced HopBack Amber Ale, as well as Tröegs' Pale Ale made with fragrant Cascade hops. What really makes Tröegs stand out as one of the top microbreweries in Pennsylvania, though, is their seasonal brew The Mad Elf. The Mad Elf is certainly one of the top microbrews in Pennsylvania. It is ruby red in color and great to enjoy around the holidays when The Mad Elf is available (October through December). Some of Sly Fox's popular year round brews include they spicy and dry Saison VOS, the bold and flavorful Route 113 India Pale Ale, the light and dry medal winner Pikeland Pils, and the spicy, medium-bodied Phoenix Pale Ale. Victory Brewing Company, one of the top microbreweries in Pennsylvania was founded in 1996 and produces over a dozen microbrews. Some of Victory's top microbrews include the rich and flavorful HopDevil Ale, the smooth and dry Prima Pils pale lager, the richly intense Golden Monkey ale, and the satisfyingly balanced Victory Lager. Victory also brews some of Pennsyvlania's top seasonal microbrews including the aromatic and spicy Whirlwind Witbier, the crisp and fruity Sunrise Weissbier, the spicy and fruity Moonglow Weizenbock, and the dark and rich Yakima Twighlight.
