Travel guides actually vary from place to place because, each place is different and its uniqueness is also present among its people and their culture. But, all these make up for the quality of enjoyment and leisure that travelers can benefit from visiting other countries.

Choosing the place where to go probably could be the hardest especially, for the ones who can afford to travel extensively. But, for those who know already where they want to go, or which country they want to visit, below are 5 most generic travel questions that can help you plan your trip.

Where to stay? Although traveling starts when you board the plane going to your travel destination, where to stay should be every travelers top most concern. Your choice of hotel would have a big impact on the quality of stay you'd achieve on your travel. Type of accommodations may vary in terms of style and price. But, if you have enough budgets you'd rather go to brand name hotels, like Hyatt, Starwood (Sheraton and Westin), Hilton, and Marriott (and etc) because, these hotels wouldn't just make sure of your comfortable stay but, your security as well. You don't want to overlook security concerns and later on regret as it could spoil your entire trip. You might be paying a little high than the others but, knowing you're safe and comfortable, that always pays off, right?

What to see and where to visit? This is the core of traveling, seeing things and places that you won't and you can't see in your everyday life. Know the best tourist attractions and plan ahead, so that you can't get the most out of your traveling. What happens if you don't plan ahead is that you won't have directions, you would just jump on places to places, and if you are traveling with someone, you might end up arguing because, your preference as to where to go first might be different with what your companion prefers.

Research, check the web, go to that country's tourism website and check out on packages because that would save you money and will help you get things organize.

What to do? Knowing what you can do to the place where you plan to travel is as important as knowing what to see in that place. The quality of activities you do during your travel makes it more memorable for you and your companion too. You must know what's in season because there are some activities that are limited on seasons, or seasonal. Know that country's upcoming national event or celebration. Ideally go for activity packages. It would save you of much thinking, organizing and whole lots of bucks.

What to eat? Be prepared to eat new cuisines because, eating and dining is one of the essence of traveling too. Every dish and cuisine has a story to tell and they are part of the culture. But, make sure you're prepared for the unexpected too, diarrhea. Bring Imodium or diatabs that can put your stomach to rest. And, never dare to drink water directly to the faucet. Always buy mineral bottled water for your health and safety.

What to bring home? My favorite part of all, shopping! Know the best and cheapest place to buy stuff that you can bring home for yourself, families and friends. Buy souvenirs that is unique and that you can only find in that place where you traveled. Price shouldn't be your gauge in buying but, the significance of the thing to the culture, or the purpose it can serve to the recipient; something that they can use or to add their collections (if they have any).

Planning, researching, organizing and establishing a travel itinerary will help you enjoy the most out of your trip. Study and learn at least the basic conversation of their language because, not all can speak English. Bring a city map, for you not to get lost. Have the hotel where you are staying: keep your valuables in a safety-deposit box rather than you carrying everything all the time. Don't bring too much cash and use credit card as often as possible.

Stay safe and enjoy your travel!
