Top 5 Christmas Gift Ideas for Your Mom

So it's that time of year again, and you're stressing out about what to get your Mom for Christmas. Well luckily you don't have to worry anymore because I'm going to tell you what it is she wants. What you get your mother should be special, sentimental, and show her your love for her. Here are what I believe to be the top 5 Gift Ideas for your Mom this Christmas:

1- Card

-You can never fail with a card. Whether you are one of those sentimental people who like to lay it all out there, or if you just want to say a few nice words and Merry Christmas, your Mom will be so happy. I always try to take time out of the busy holiday season to write a card for my Mom that lets her know how much I love her and how important she is to me.

2- Picture Frame

-This is an easy way to make your Mom happy this Christmas. You know that she loves showing you off and will be ecstatic about a new frame to set up. This is a simple gift idea that doesn't cost a lot but will mean the world to your Mom.

3- Scented Candles

-This is another great gift for your Mom. As she hosts the family at Christmastime she will love nothing more than to set up scented candles that will make the house smell wonderful and set the atmosphere. You can even get a scented candle that sits in a cute Christmas shape, like a snowman or Christmas tree.

4-Christmas decorations

-It seems like our mother's can never get enough Christmas decorations. Whether it be a new nativity, more ornaments, or even angels to set up, they love to keep the house decorated. This Christmas you can make your mom happy by getting her any type of Christmas decoration. You can even make it, which would be just as special to her as if you had spent $100 on it. It never gets old either, as evidenced by the fact that my younger sister has gotten my mom an angel every Christmas for the past 5 years and she still gets excited every time she gets them.

5-Something with your school logo

-No matter what grade level you are, your Mom will love something with your school logo on it. Since I go to a large university, it is easy for me to find all kinds of things with my school logo on them to get my mom for the holidays. You can get her a sweatshirt, bumper sticker, blanket, or whatever you think she might like. If it has your school logo on it she will love it because she will be able to show it off and it will give her the opportunity to talk about you wherever she goes. Sounds a little vain doesn't it? Well, it's the truth.
