Because I am a woman and have bought presents for friends, my sister, mom, and aunts, I feel that I now know a lot about women and what kinds of presents they want. I remember being 15 and wondering what I should get my friends, nervous that they wouldn't like my gift, so I wanted to write this to help all of you who are looking for a gift for your friend, girlfriend, or you just simply need a gift for a woman. So here are what I feel to be the top 5 gifts for women:

1- Clothes & Accessories

-Women are obsessed with clothes and accessories. You can't go wrong by getting her a new purse, shoes, or a shirt. Just keep the gift receipt so that if it doesn't fit or she doesn't like it, she can take it back and exchange it for something else.

2- Jewelry

Women love getting jewelry. My younger sister has a different pair of earrings and a necklace to go with every outfit it seems like. Jewelry is also an exciting Christmas gift to get because you can try it all on right there in front of everyone.

3- Perfume/Scented Candles

-This is another great gift for women. You can pick out the perfume that you think smells best, and give it to her so that she will smell amazing. It will make her happy and it will make you happy to be around her. If you don't want to get perfume, you can get some kind of body wash that smells good, or even scented candles. Women love things that have a good odor, and you should love it too.

4- Picture Frame

-This is an easy way to make any woman happy this Christmas. If you don't get her a picture frame, she'll probably get it for herself, so go ahead and do it. She'll love that you put the time and effort into getting a picture and framing it, and she'll put it on her wall or dresser with all of her favorite pictures. Women love to decorate their households and rooms with pictures and memories, so go ahead and giver her more decorations!

5- Gift Card

-Here is another one of those you never fail gifts. Every woman will be happy with a gift card. You can get her a gift card to one of her favorite clothing stores, or maybe even to her favorite restaurant. Regardless of where the gift card is too, any woman will be glad to get a gift card that she can spend. You may have better chances just doing this than buying her something that she will just return anyways. So if you don't really know a particular thing she wants, I would definitely recommend giving her a gift card.
